Liposuction, abdominoplasty, and body lifts

If you have too much body fat in specific spots or areas (“problem zones”) which cannot be reduced through weight loss or exercise, we can help such patients through liposuction. Liposuction is a surgical procedure to remove fat from specific areas of the body, such as from the abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks or other areas of the body. Through liposuction our surgeons can shape or contour these areas. Another name for liposuction is body contouring.

Abdominoplasty (“tummy tuck”) is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the abdomen, especially after pregnancy or weight loss. In abdominoplasty the flabby abdomen – loose, excess skin and fat – is removed and then lifted, creating a more toned look. A body lift is a procedure to raise and reshape loose, sagging skin, providing a more toned, youthful appearance. Body lift can be applied to the arms and upper body area (upper body life) and to the legs and the lower body area (lower body lift).  Liposuction may also be performed in conjunction with a body life.

We will gladly inform you personally of all therapy options available during our consultation hours.
